yeah, we can change the original content completely during editing. They just asked that kid to utter that dialog in a clip (who doesn't even know what it is meant for) and they added a dialog of a woman who is not in the video during editing, before his dialog at the beginning. They should have inserted some gaps between the dialogues to make it look real.

I saw how a radio ad is produced in which a male and female artists talk to each other but - in reality, those 2 artists never even saw or met with each other - they didn't even know who the other artist was. The female is from chicago and the male is from cali. They both receive the scripts, they record their parts in a Recording Booth and send it to the producer who mixes them in a new audio track with BGM and correct timing and it sounds really real - like those artists were speaking live to each other face to face in a studio. Most radio ads are produced this way. Editing can change everything.
