Same situation with my colleague here. Aame 50 lakhs adigindanta. I advised him to give it and move on with life. Vadu vinaledu - Naa kashtarjitam, already chala spend chesa, etc etc. 6 yrs. He is ready to pay that now. Divorce ivvatlee. Final more money ki settlement ki vachi .. Sign chese time ki . sign cheyakunda D** andi. Inkaa avvala..

He was shocked taht his wife went to divorce with out reason and was ready to pay first sitting itself but they are dragging for 4 years no reason

what if that guy dont take divorce and do mental torture to her, like not buying groceries, not taking care of her, not talking, etc etc appudu em chestadi aame ?

The reverse is true. She holds the grudge and doing mental torture not allowing him to move on.

She probably has enough money and may not matter much. May be her heart is full with revenge and she thinks she is screwing him. But not realizing she is screwing herself as well. She already wasted 6 yrs of her life or who knows may be she is in relationship with someone else, etc.

He is in US and she left to India. Divorce is filed in Indian court.
