Batters lo kuda we mix quinoa, millets, ragi flour etc. Lunch - curry with rice and quinoa mix, guacamole sandwich, yogurt Dinner - fruits, nuts. Mango season baga kalisochindi. Quote
Paamu Posted July 22, 2023 Report Posted July 22, 2023 - Morning tamarind pulihora - lunch ki white rice, curry , pappu charu/rasam, perugannam, rice pudding - snack puffed rice , rice atukukulu - dinner white rice with non veg, curd rice, ice cream ilaa tinaali anukunta kaani I eat - mornign tea or coffee (espresso) no breakfast - lunch chapati/ragi roti/ half cup rice with any curry veg/nonveg. any type of sandwiches. - snack appudappudu tea and some fruit - dinner ki air fryer lo chciken tho tacos, pasta, else same as lunch Quote

We do below .. all at home. Thai (Fried rice, Green Curry, Red curry, Minced chicken with basil and fried egg, noodles, etc) Mexican (Burrito but indian style with chapathi, Burrito Bowl, Quesedilla with Chapathi, etc) Indian (Wraps, Chicken Bbq, Chicken snacks in Air fryer, Chapathi with curries, Rice/brown rice/quinoa with curries, Biryanis occassionally) Burgers & wraps. I Love pappu with avakai, chicken biryani, chicken curry with sona masoori rice and all above items equally. We do a mix and match for variety and healthy eating. Quote
