Today

morning- quinoa idly and chutney 

lunch - quinoa and sambar

monday to Friday - breakfast- shake made with blueberries, Kale leaves and Kefir milk…..veg salad

lunch - quinoa and pappu

dinner - chapati and some stupid curry 

vegetarian nenu

Morning: Pulihora/popu annam/fried rice

Lunch: Rice, Veg curry and curd rice

Dinner: weekly 2 days Biryani, Migatga days Rice and Non Veg curry

Dessert: Paramaannam with extra Jeedi pappu

2 meals a day with coffee either evening or morning 
Breakfast/dinner : coffee or rice with curry

lunch : rice with rasam/pappu/sambar and curry

Lunch - Quinoa with curry

Snack - Sweet potato, Carrot, Sesame seeds with Palm Jaggery, Murmur, Samosa

Dinner - Chapati or Quinoa

Weekend - Idly/Dosa/ Biryani

afternoon rice curryies sambar/rasam. evening - egg noodles/snacks/samosa/punugulu/bellam jaleabi/ 

night - chapati/phulla/naan/curry - light food - butter milk-
