Need help with apartment price range in Hyderabad

 Need help with price ranges per sq ft for 15year old apartment in serilingampally, checked in magicbricks but it’s not much of help.since I am in US, brokers are asking for much lower price(vizag lo outskirts lo kuda aa range lo levvu old apartments).
apartment is in serilingampally near to more supermarket,Emerald terrace.details are below

1100 sq ft, 5 floors, 2008 construction, 40ft road facing corner unit on 5th floor

Call brokers, tell you are buying apartment in sherilingampally. Ask them price for new apartment/old apartments. You will get a price range. Call a few others and say you want to sell. Get a price range.

Actual price will be somewhere in between these two price ranges. That's the only way to find out.
