350-500k job pothe 150-200k ki job lo land ayi, kids ki teach cheyali good and bad times in life, family cost cuts and compromises kuda manchi lessons to kids. 150-200k is not bad, thega embarass avvadaniki, remember our roots, part times chesam, kids also should experience the times.

ChatGPT cannot replace SME's. Techies working at companies, have knowledge of end-to-end processes, knows data flows, and understand data. ChatGPT can be of use if given some specific instructions. These instructions still need to be given by a human with enough knowledge.

I think ChatGPT will replace some functions like Customer Service (Where ChatBOTs have been a super failure so far), Marketing & Sales Calls, etc. But its usage is overblown.

Techies now have to focus on T-Shaped skills - Project Management, AGILE, Technology, Process and data flows. Those who master these will survive.
