US olu 5000 Cr budget for Moon orbitter,

isro total budget for Chandrayaan 3 is 387 to 615 C only, :)

that's less than or near 10% of Nasa moon orbitter budget

Also countries come to isro for tech and cheap budget satellites, so far they sent 424 satelittes including othr countries satelittes, did any country approach usa ?

:)

Based on timing and availability of slot, vomerica and European space agency accomodates foreign satellites. US launches foreign satellites quite often. Tough not frequent India satellites were launched by ESA and vomerica.

424 satelittes for 34 countries

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_foreign_satellites_launched_by_India

On 15 February 2017, ISRO launched 104 satellites on single launch by a PSLV-XL. 96 of them were from the United States, while the others were from Israel, the UAE, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.[4] It was the largest number of satellites launched on a single flight by any space agency (with the previous record held by Russia's Dnepr launcher, which launched 37 in June 2014)[5] until 24 January 2021, when SpaceX launched the Transporter-1 mission on a Falcon 9 rocket carrying 143 satellites into orbit.[6]

Depends on satellite size, budget every country looks for economical options. India launched foreign sattelites and india sattelites were launched more recently by foreign space agencies.
