Ma office lo on-site shuru chesirru. Contractors started drama. HR was damn quiet and did not pick any fight. All vendors got an email on new billing system, during renewal of projects. Now on-site has a new rate and off-site has a reduced rate, around 40% off to that of the same on-site role. 
 

Boys, are now in panic on 40 % cut. My thella manager said honeymoon done get ready for divorce now annaadu, with a crazy joking laugh.

it is a good idea to cut the salary to half who don't come to office
