Prathi aacharaaniki oka paddhati anedi untundi. Women empowerment antu ila eshtam vachinattu cheyyakudadu. I think she has a Son but not sure why he didn't come.

Atleast her Son-in-law should perform those rites but unfortunately her daughter got divorced.

Chill out guys.. the biggest problem with Hinduism is that it does not have a Central & Singular documentary reference as basis for the religion. There are Mahabharath and Ramayanam plus Vedas and Puranas.

But they have different dimensions. Also not all regions of Bharath follow all of them.

When it comes to Christianity & Islam (owing to the fact that they are very latest editions of the concept of Religion), they have Singular Documental reference. So supporters or followers of these religions act and talk accordingly as per these documents. Thats it. These religions themselves have many loop holes, thats a different story though.

Unfortunately in Hinduism, references have lost or damaged by foreign forces. So adaptations of Hinduism evolve from time to time and place to place.

So do whatever we think is right at that time, without hurting rest of the followers of the religion.

+million to that last line. We should also not get offended or hurt by acts like this(daughter doing thalakuruvi)

[The gods are kind to the homes where women are treated with honour. Where women are not honoured, there all actions (rituals) go in vain. Families where women are unhappy are doomed to be destroyed soon. Homes where women are not unhappy are destined always for greater prosperity. - Manu-Smrti; 3. 56–57]

But I wish Hinduism Ki comment I Dis-Agree*&Y&
