Your question is regarding this we think

MG Motor is a British brand that was acquired by China's largest automaker SAIC Motor. SAIC entered the Indian market through the MG Motor brand and launched its first car here in 2019

Google, Facebook lobbied the GoI to ban TikTok. Facebook, Google invested heavily in Jio.

Google also invested heavily in infrastructure in India. They have multiple MoUs with GoI.

Google also invested in Tiktok clone apps such as Josh etc.,

Top chinese brand BYU is also launched formally in India. It's an electric car.

Looks like Electric market will be taken over by the Chinese car companies unless some American company or their government lobbies against it.

Smart phone & electronics markets in India belongs to Chinese companies.

No, India cannot compete with China in anything may be except population production.

It could be that MG has taken steps to address those concerns or maybe the government simply didn't see the need to ban it. Different platforms often have different levels of scrutiny when it comes to these types of issues. But, it's always important to stay informed and make sure we're using platforms that prioritize our privacy and security. Tbh, I like TikTok and use it all the time. I even buy TikTok video shares from time to time to promote my videos.
