H1 Extension with pending I-485

Anyone recently applied for H1B extension with a pending I-485(CRP, date not current)?

Heard they are giving renewals for 1 year even when the date is not current … ??

Ala emi ledu bro. Lot of ppl who have I-485 pending and having EAD/AP get 3 years H1B. Chala recent ga emaina rule change telidu kani, myself and lot of ppl got 3 yr h1 extn.

I got for one year last year but then at the time of filing final action date was current

Now every one is getting 3 years if the date is not current in final action chart we will get 3
