eat eggs , sardines, salmon , chicken breast, greek yogurt, cheese . best sources of protein

muscle feast has best protein powder, grass fed, no artifical sugar , no filler junk.

ON gold standard at Costco - cheapest anywhere and top quality. Stock up during new year 

If you like the taste, cottage cheese is a good source of protein and cheap. Can be eaten in many ways 

I like sardines in a can and eat a lot. Season brand form Costco

isopure whey

I have used Orgain from costco. Liked it. Plant based.

I drain the oil and eat them straight. They’re already cooked and salt is not too bad
