Yes thats what i was saying. add 2.5k properyty tax in dallas and another 1k(easy) for home owner insurance and some chillar for hoa gatra - you are looking at 11k plus

May be u are caclculating the reverse way, the lesser you have the debt thats better at least thats what banks look for

it is on lower side in dallas actually. 2 % of 1.5 million is 30k per annum or 2.5 k per month.
