The thing is women need more breaks often .for mental health..physical health as well.. kitchen is not a simple job to maintain.it is a full-time job..even in weekends ..unless you have helper for everything like in india

Why women is labelled as kitchen worker, both wife and husband need to work in Kitchen and feel like a fun activity

Same applies for everyone no? If they are spending too much time social media/movies/shopping blah blah entertainment things, but still complaining abt mental health and physical health? Vitamin d deficiency, iron deficiany .. depression levels..all high in usa.. 

Back in india health is somewhat better but that doesn't means ammailu should return to India.. they work and earn too.

Life has never been this easy for Indian women, especially in the US. More husbands are doing cooking, dishes, laundry, diaper change, taking care of kids, bath, putting to bed, etc etc. In fact, most women dont know how to cook anymore.
Curry points kuda vachaka wifes stopped cooking mostly.. kids nowadays are eating mostly outside food than eating home made food… breakfast aithe only frozen food or bread or cereals now.. 

everyday floor cleaning ledu - robo vacuum will take care of it, dishes cleaning ki dish washer, washing machine, etc.. bathroom cleaning, clothes folding, vegetables cutting ki kuda helpers ni pettukuntunnaru.. 

for husbands, life is a bit better if you live in an apartment.. own house unte, too much work..
