Suppose A is a person buying plot through backdoor from a hmda official. B is a person trying to buy through auction from that website. 
 

This B guy went to website and bid for some 35k or 40k. But at that time site hang ayiddi/ he can’t able to submit the details etc etc.

after bidding done, as usually these officials came up with a list of successful bidders who are like this A member. Like 30k or so. These officials take around 5k-10k per sqft bribe

Buyers remorse. sometimes with excitement ppl get carried away and bid high. After auction complete, some people may talk sense to them and tell its a bad deal and they can easily back off.

its the same with any deal uncle...nuvvu bayata konna token amount istav kada...why would the seller return it back after you dropped from the deal?

this used to happen earlier. Now it's all run electronically and no one can mess with the data locally.

Point enti ante HMDDA gallu local mafia work hand in hand. Local real mafia gallu 1 lakh deposit pay chesi they participate in auction, they keep on jacking up the quotes during auction, some of the real retail buyer bakaras feel the fomo and compete with mafia. Mafia gallu konni plots ki retailer buyer ni high price lo odhilestharu do retail investors finally own at that highest prices. For other plots the mafia itself jacks up the price and if there is no real buyer reaching that target price, mafia guy is still at highest offer just for show off but when he won’t pay the rest of the money to own it, they just lose the 2 lakhs deposit. The above guy suggests that govt should make deposit amount ad 10 Lakhs, so that mafia can be controlled

HMDA can't have any price for EMD...its always 10% of the Reserve Price....the only blunder I see is to having an option to participate in all the plots with one EMD instead of just one plot...and its obvious that its a play by hmda....50 plots hyd real estate marketlo ee moolaki vastai
