I dont like running. Either gym or walk or hike for me.

I do 5 miles a day, 5 times a week.

Used to run 20 to 25 miles per week. Now have to get back in shape again. Okka week ite 45 miles run chesa Garmin lo 1st place kosam. Covid tho anni 10gesaye.

I don't count miles but I walk at least an hour for sure ga. Watch la vuntadhemo how many miles Ani will see. But week ki 5 days min 1 hour walk and daily min 30 min simple yoga
