Even though If there is terms and conditions....it should show They are eligible or not eligible..

either they get full amount or no amount.....but getting the half amount or less than half amount is raising the concerns....I don't know is that middle man or top man doing.  Bottom line is this year most of the people didn't get the full ammavadi amount.
