a)Mortgage/tax/insurance costs for 1.5 mill house already works out to 11k

b)Two car loan plus insurance plus fuel - $3k (I assumed total loan of 140k  for 5 years- one GLE and other x5)

c)Utlities - 1500 (gas/elect/phonebill/internetbill/trash/fire/sewage gatra - its a largehouse)

d)Kids non-school tuition for swim lessons/soccer/tennis/yoga etc - $2k

e)Groceries plus eating out - 2k

f)White goood purchases such as decoration items, media and electronic items, media room items, basement items, whitegoods gifts - $3k (total 36k per year)

g) 2 vacations -total cost 24k - so 2k per month

h) incidentals - 1k

i)Home improvement costs - 1k

Total around 27k

Earnings needed - 324k Plus another 100k taxes = 424k, plus another 50k savings = 474k
