Many ppl bought their homes for $500-$800K which kinda became $1-$1.5M homes… if someone is buying a 1.5M home now, may be they have enough income to support those payments and the life style that supports it ..

Buying expensive homes in Texas makes very little sense , atleast in California property taxes are low so it makes sense to buy an expensive property as investment 

You are paying 40k$ on property tax on a 1.5 mil$ house which defeats the entire purpose of moving to Texas to escape income taxes

More than million homes meedha property taxes scary unnai. Btw 1million homes have become so common in Dallas/Austin. 850-1million lo mana desis probably 70% undochu

Dont know what your survey sample size is. Many around me are single job sinthakayals, very few if them are 2 income families.

Same with cars - if you go by current interest - car payment alone comes at 3k plus. Not including fuel, insurance etc. But i rounded off at 3k.

1 million is now pretty common in dallas  2700 sqft starting range is close to 800k with out lot size ,design and everything frisco prosper Allen areas  1 million lekapothe emi ravataledu new houses
