Chala cheap man compared to TX NJ IL and others. If you are in one of those states you would be paying close to 20k just in taxes

ikkada hail ekkuv spring lo. Lot of hail this spring. I’m shopping through different brokers

yeah, state income tax is flat 4.4% 

I don’t understand the incentive for living in TX. At least NJ has better school system

Every place has its benefits. I am sure one don’t have to change roof here every 5yrs 😉 schools are good in TX too you have to find the right neighborhoods/cities

Woah , 760k ki only $4400 taxes ? 
 

Dallas lo 700k home ki taxes are $14000 with homestead. 
 

Insurnace has gone up everywhere , inflation , labor etc. … mine jumped 30% in insurnace price , 5 providers nunchi quote tisukunna none of them gave a price which was less than what my current company quoted for next term .

For me it was avoiding cold and also fell into trap of low rents and no income tax .
