Outside Aparna and Jayabheri, don't look for anyone else. My Home is a compromise. Choosing rest of builders is inviting trouble. (Comment appropriate for villas only)

Hyderabad is one of the leading markets for Villas in India, in fact they got very expensive, in the IT corridor they are upwards of 10cr, 5-10Kms way you will get it in the range of 5-6cr, if you venture further outside like kompally, pocharam or lb nagar they are in the range of 3-4 cr

Ramky ee project chusi bagundi antunnavu? Discovery city na? Seepages issue telusa asalu? Bad design and construction.

MyHome kuda waste. Intlo switch board and geyser ekkada vundalo kuda vaade cheptaadu. Construction kuda top notch kaadu.

I heard better things about Prestige..but Rajpushpa not sure.. 

endi bros inta expensive unnay... Villas not so many in Hyd..many constructions in Bangalore by Prestige

Are you planning to move to india? Or you to be safe knowing that you own a property in hyd when you want to "move back" ?

 

If you ask me , if you want to live in it buy it,otherwise its waste .

Option ante you are not certain.. just investment type ee.. Why not buy plots in approved layouts? ippudunna builder issues ki money waste villa ki velli. Elagu land appreciation meeda rely avvali. So, better go for plots. Tirigoche time vachinappudu villas choodduvu gaani.. idi ammi villa konukkuntavo.. leda nuvve deentlo illu kattukuntaavo..Land ante kabja lu bagane avutunnayi.. double registrations kuda.. system is very corrupt.. approved layouts lo konukko plots..
