Yeh edo Infosys or TCS campus vastundi near by .. plus ring road or ORR edo kalustundi ata near by. My uncle resides there and the price there was 3000rs/sq yard 10 yrs back. IT increased a lot recently it seems. I live near Nagarjun Sagar/Ring Road X roads. That area has flourished a lot in recent times. Have'nt been to turkyamjal recently though.

Adibhatla is not too far away and that’s where is the TCS campus. It’s an upcoming area and will be growing for some more time before saturates. 
 

TurkaYamjal is near by the ORR junction and surrounding villages la vunde vallu ikada baaga influx avutunaru…buying a plot and settling down.

Delhi-Noida type lo avutundi anukuntuna…

Bought a land in our colony in 2001 for rs.1500/Sq yard. Now its rs.100000/sqYd. Crazy appreciation.

Buy Shadnagar. Akkada ORR and RRR madhya distance takkuva and only 1 hr drive from Gachibowli junction.

Under construction airport metro and ORR kooda under 30 mins lo vellochu.

e areas lo already high prices unnayi, investment ki kashtam, living ki ok. Investment ki sq yard ki 10 to 12k kante ekkuva pedithe waste. High price lo investment chesthe luck bagundee 5 yrs lo double ayina, it’s on par with bank interest and inflation adjustment kada, may be my calculations are wrong 🤨

ekkada exact ga undedi. My parents live close to that area. na mvsr engg days lo adibatla was nothing but a small village and we used to go there frequently for kallu. Can’t imagine what it has become now

Near TKR Kaman. Our colony is right besides ring road. Intersection of TKR Kaman and Ringroad.

Investment in real estate is all about LOCATION. Prices appreciate best in strategically right locations. It may not be a popular idea but how abt investing in Amaravati? I heard commercial plots are like rs.20000/sq.yard. If govt does not change, rates remain same as they are already low. If Govt changes, they will appreciate quickly.

At this moment and till AP elections, Amaravati investment is like lottery ticket buying bhayyo. Next jagan osthe forget abt appreciation it will be hard to sell your land even at the same purchase price even after holding for 3, 4 years.

If TDP, prices full hike easy ga double or triple ayina no surprise, people will just flock, even realtors from Hyderabad digipitharu, boom ni cash cheskodaniki @3$%
