Hyderabad land investment

Best is to buy plots pricing between 15-20k near outskirts where you see houses or housing projects nearby… it shouldn’t be completely vacant for many kms .

After every 10-12 yrs land prices will be averaged in 5 kms radius .. 

my friend dad bought plot in himayathnagar for 20k/yard in 2002 whereas my relative bought in vidya nagar for 8k/yard but now its around 1.2lak/yard in both places even till habsiguda prices are same for most of the residential plots.

Any idea about Jana Harsha plots in ibrahimpatnam? You can still buy plots for 7000/sqd which is very close to ORR and very close to Ibrahimpatnam town and also to aadibatla.

I feel that’s the only pending area in Hyd surroundings that is left to be exploded

People say that u cannot but plots less than 30k/sqd within 5kms to ORR but this Jana Harsha Ibrahimpatnam area is still left that can be exploded to 15k soon..currently it’s still at 7k/sqd and very close to ORR and Ramoji film city.

You never know which place the prices are going to increase if you invest in outskirts. Its easy to compare now (After development) and say Habsiguda is a better investment. 

Given the situation, Himayatnagar is a safe bet and Habsiguda is a risky bet.

Its like picking Amazon and an upcoming company which may or may not succeed.

i heard Cognizant has backed out , so only TCS now.

I recently purchased at janaharsha for 7k which is very close to orr.

I felt this is the only area where land is still affordable in such close vicinity.

I didn’t see much negative reviews online. What negative reviews have u seen

ee west side mokila, kokapet end use ki better but not for investment anipistundi, already rates too much unnai.

not interested in east side (hayatnagar and all that areas).

vijayawada highway have good prospects but takes a while (5-8 years) with big road widening from LB nagar to Malkapur and proposed Metro extension from LB nagar to pedhamberpet.
