long run lo manchi health kosam

mine is totally different..I eat about 3500 kcal a day

whatever diet fads you do its not sustainable in the long run unless you have great discipline

so chill and ear what you want, just don't go overboard with eating, small portion sizes is key, limit yourself to small portions

too much of anything is not good

also 40's loki vasthe you anyway will let go of most fatty foods as it gets difficult to control weight from then
