just wondering which areas of dfw has those prices, new build ayithey just curious where those exist at those prices

The link you shared. Market seems to have plenty of inventory already. Looks like prices will come down this winter.

Usually last 6 months of year will be slow. Will see what happens. But people who are expecting pre Covid prices will be disappointed for sure. As of now prices are bouncing back mostly.
