New builds are fully controlled by builders at the moment... you are bound to pay 5% down plus upgrades cost for builder to start construction.

just wondering which areas of dfw has those prices, new build ayithey just curious where those exist at those prices

Usually last 6 months of year will be slow. Will see what happens. But people who are expecting pre Covid prices will be disappointed for sure. As of now prices are bouncing back mostly.
