This is what I observed.. Emo bro new build base prices going up and builders cutting or no incentives on build from scratch. Incentives only on new inventory homes or old homes

You will need a miracle if you want to sell and break even if you are buying now ! This is all logical ! But if house is something emotional and you are not worried about profit and loss statement then yes anytime is a good time
