Fruits lo sugar untundi kada

Fruit contains natural sugars, which are a mix of sucrose, fructose and glucose. Many people have heard that sugar is bad, and think that this must also therefore apply to fruits. But fructose is only harmful in excess amounts, and not when it comes from fruit.   Fructose is a safer form of sugar than sucrose.

Cholesterol ki best is to get as much fiber as possible (from food).
Of course, fruits and vegetables can help but for immediate action try beans (not lentils. Beans have a lot of fiber per carb ratio. eg: lima beans, pinto beans, black beans, etc.), ground Flax seeds, and Chia seeds. Try out these seeds with Oat meal or eat rice and beans for a few days.. you ll see results faster.

Fructose is not good for liver as only liver can process it.

Dude, there is no research/evidence about healthy humans getting sick by eating fruit.
In fact, if you observe in the US if you go for an annual checkup the Dr asks how many fruit and vegetable servings you are getting per day. That actually determines if you are body is getting enough antioxidants, phytonutrients, Dietary fiber, Vitamins, and Minerals.

Em maatladutunnav guru?

I stopped eating dinner and ate just fruits , my cholesterol went down.

If you reduce weight a lot of changes happen, try controlling diet to your regular routine.

Also applies to diabetes, I was prediabetic last year , this year normal level.

fruits are cooling in nature so you could catch cold often especially at nights & also winters. balance it with something warming foods.

In some cases fructose is as bad as alcohol for liver.

what I meant was, anything is fine within limits unless you’re not chronically ill
