I am not sure why everyone is going crazy, @FrontMan numbers are not bad. Small changes will easily get it below 200. Dieting is not needed. 

In my experience diet's don't work. You make these changes for 2-3 months due to fear or shock of lab results or a doctor visit. Rather make changes that are sustainable. 

- Whatever you eat, eat moderately.

- 15 min to 30 min walk daily. If you are working in office or remote, take 5-10 min short walks.

- Cut down outside food/processed foods and make it at home.

- Replace sugars with fruits. If you have a sweet tooth, eat small qty's.

Best advice. I have my dinner by 6:30 PM (except jun-aug when i tend to eat by 8. Always had a flat tummy.

2 times a day eating is more than enough, eating right is the key, you got totally wrong. 

 

Eat right and exercise, that's all.

Yes my actual point also same bhayya... get the right nutrition required for the body...

okeesaari too much food tinadam manchidi kaadu so hence breakfast,lunch,dinner is proven formula..

inka nenu last post loo cheppinattu dinner try to complete by 6-7PM so we have ample time to digest food...

anyways what works for u can do it and better have yearly checkup to make sure our strategy is working.

True. But all I am saying it, it is almost impossible the overeat your calories through fruits. 
Meaning: a 9 Lbs watermelon is 1300 calories. Even if you manage to eat that 9lbs you'll only get 1300 calories but you ll be able to get 5 times of DV of all the minerals, and water-soluble Vitamins in it. 

now tell me if Rice and Fruit is the same!
