What all address do we need yo mention in LCA if working from home?
my client office is in another city and i will be working remotely all days.

 

is it ok with only home address on LCA?

Yes, lca lo two addresses and same lca should be posted in both locations.

And the prevailing wage should as per the primary place of employment, that is client office location or employer office location whichever is applicable

NO 1 lca, but 2 locations, i been working since 4 years as remote and my lca contains two locations, 1 office location 1 my home

Recently i applied for my Extension, only 1 lca for 2 locations
