What age you want to retire?

What's your criteria for retirement?

how much amount of money you want to take this decision?

Where do you want to live after retirement?

Simply till at the end of the life.

You live in india? 3l/month from bank interest or rentals/etc?

Love your plan. My dream is similar to that.

3lakhs INR/month is not difficult. Around $4000 per month. Start investing in monthly div funds. If you get to a portfolio of $300-$500K, you can make that amount monthly. You have these funds in both India and USA.

Or Plan to buy a commercial property that gives rents monthly. Don't get into residential properties for rents. Too much maintenance.

prati mogga gaadu 40- 50 ki retire ani egiri egiri padataru but in reality when the time comes you are out of money or get greedy and wants to earn more. Wait and watch

What you said is true for most people. But if you get to an alternate income stream that replaces your income partially or fully, it is not difficult to retire.
