No "andhra people" were never ruling TG. It is TG own elected parties like TDP, congress whose leaders like NTR, YSR were loved in TG itself who ruled there. Not through any invasion.

And now you are talking about some TG demand history.  If CBN really supported TG and Congress literally gave TG - why people rejected both. Dont give half baked emotionally comfortable answers.

Average land value in TG has increased by manifold. How TG people are not benefitting sepparadheee? Tell me how many North Indians are doing kabjas or becoming big political stalwarts? Tell me how many Andhra or north people are stealing are grabbing big time contracts in TG.
 

So called northies and Andhra people growth is at a very individual level. They can do same bussiness in chennai or Bangalore. No sane govt can stop them from doing that.

Ok - this is a much better reply  and i can respect.  as far as i know land values in towns etc has grown in andhra too. But most of it is only paper money. Transactions are too minimal. And usually happen rarely and with some black money here and there.

The only exception is hyderabad where you can sell up to 10 crores in relatively fast amount of time. And appreciating property values have meaning.
