yea people have lot of time to fight for these things. Becuase like you - they all used CBN to get IT jobs, make money in USD and have time to think about these things.

You can never argue a thing about its merit or demerits. People also accepted TDP in 83,84,94,99,2014 - dhaanikementavura jaffa.

Uraaaiii pulkaaa computer kaanepeeettinnddhee neney raa pulkaaa .

brahmaravathi is never a capital. It’s a real estate venture.
83,84,94 is kamarao. Itss a diff topic how kamarao won

99,2014 bj to a party. Never won single.

do u know what a movement is?. Separate state tg movement suddooo raa pulka.  Then whhhy dddo uu alsooo sayy a lot of people arree cuming 4 pappuu and bolli bobs meetings?

TG benefit and TG people benefit are widely different. TG benefit mainly goes to andhra people there, marwaris and north indians and hyd muslims.

Andhra people still make far more money - aqua exports alone are in billions - all tax free and goes to ordinary farmers. Also much more luxurious then working 8 hours in IT job.

long sea coast benefits chala untai. Food is generally high quality and plentiful in whole of coastal andhra. ambience is peaceful. no hindi gindhi domination. Telangana lo laaga intlo oka bhasha bayata oka bhasha ibbandulu undav.

Ee last comment ardam endi bro?

Telangana lo intlo oka basha baita oka baasha ibbandula?

yera ryzen ..nellore people minted lot of money when port and power plants came. I know people in villages of mutkur etc who got a lot of compensation - have they shared that money with kg districts and rayalamseeam districts ?

Because the government didn't spend money for the port construction, the land still belongs to state govt . They were paid 3 to 5 lakhs adjusting to inflation is just around 10-15 lakhs now

I wouldn't mind if govt paid that amount to real estate batch

20 crore per acre in interioir TG or AP is mostly useless. okaapudu andhra lo kooda viprithanga undevi ...but they wont sell easily in market. Just janal chettu kindha koorchu cheppukuntaainike ivanni.

Even a city like tirupati - its hard to dispose anything beyond 20 crore.

Money is a medium of exchange ba ..it has value only proper, fast deep exchanges exist.

If he is smart. The old man will hire a contractor who can make his one acre into individual plots. And then he will sell those 150sq ft plots for double the price.

All he has to do is to bring it into affordability range of common man. Then rest will be a formality.
