Nee situation batti.

Some reasons I can think of
Finding it tough to switch from contract to FTE
Right now no job
Better compensation
Visa stability etc.
Desi colleagues (some people like this a lot)

The cons would the usual ones

Goodu chakiri
Client eee devudu
Constant relocation
No bonus

Do not expect anything. Tappadu ante teesuko. First lo ne string ga negotiate cheyyi. Have everything in writing (relocation, sign on bonus etc.)

I don't have any major expectations... The only reason I am thinking about is he current project that I working with client will go for 3 years... so pay oka 20% difference vastundhi if I work directly with HCL.so I am thinking to accept now and find better opportunity by the time my current project with this client end

Accept the offer…if you are confident that this contract will go on for another 3 years, accept the offer. You already know the work you are supposed to do and work culture wise nothing changes. So WITCH aina C2C Mestri aina pedda faraq padedi emi ledu..20% increase in paycheck does matter a lot in these uncertain times.

That's what I am thinking exactly... My client already has locked contract for next 3 years so my role will be same for 3 years. So nothing will chage except employer and sweet 20% extra pay check. But just wondering how it would impact in immigration wise. Note: I already have my approved i-140

If your PD is after 2015, I don’t think you even need to think about immigration.
