I would invest in Indian stock market if needed. But I’m not sure about the black money dominated real estate industry there.
 

Bringing money is an issue since time immemorial. I know few old ankuls who faced similar situation in early 2000s. But they slowly tied up with mesthris and got their shittttt accomplished. But this problem will persist in future too….We can’t be blindsided.

Property management yevaraina chesthara?? Who will process the applications, repairs and taxes. Do we need to atleast have a visa to purchase something there?
