Mee state sangati naak enduku….usually Telangana la panchayati vachi velam vesudu lantivi emi vundavu…bestha caste valle by default care takers vuntaru..they pay a nominal charge to panchayat and in return they take care of the lake…like someone will always be monitoring the lake in case of any breaches etc..
