An entire island in Maine has gone on sale for $400,000, but it comes with a catch: there's not a single bathroom on the entire thing.

That's right, you can now become the owner of a 7,405-square-foot plot of land smack dab in the middle of Anasagunticook Lake, but you'll have to use a Porta-Potti or a compost toilet if you want to go to the restroom.

The man-made private island, which was built in the 1930s, comes with a cozy cottage, '18-foot lighthouse with seating for four at the top, and boat dock - but it's unfortunately lacking in plumbing.
