ITF rules specifies that trans athletes that maintain a T level of less than 5nml/ltr for an year, are eligible to participate in women's competitions.

as long as requirements are clearly specified, no one that fulfills that creteria should be excluded. arguing against it seems limiting and boring. after all what is professional sports if not entertainment.

lets assume they create a separate category for male to female transgenders to compete with each other.. can a cis person with very low T (lower than the transgenders- there are a considerable minority of such men) be allowed to participate in this category? I think they should.

there's debate to be had if low T transwomen with large lung capacity, higher cardiovascular capacity etc from the time they were males have an advantage over cis females. That debate is not settled one way or the other unfortunately and at the elite level the transwomen have been found to have no advantage at all.

At the lower levels of the competition, there seems to be some advantage to being trans.
