How do you know  Satya is not motivated by CBN ? did Satya deny this ? This cannot be contrued as lie. He just claimed something - there is no intent to decieve or cause material harm.

At worst CBN is exaggeration - and we are not even sure of that.

In that speech alone shared by @RSUCHOU CBN made many substantial claims on colleges, work done to get IT jobs etc.
