how poor are the poorer parts of China, if China has less than 50% more household per capita consumption than piss poor country like India. Nominally China's GDP is about 6times more than India.

you really think they can keep the poorer parts desperate while moving urban parts to best in the world - even better than west? this will lead to unrest.

how do you explain that low household per capita consumption then?

yeah the Chinese produce more.. but looks like they got a sh1t deal since their consumption is more like a poor nation, than the rich/middle income nation that youtube influencers are desperate to suggest.

No idea where those figures come from . India per captia is 2k something - how is rural consumption 4k plus ?

If it is PPP then indian ppp is consistently over esitmated because of dirt cheap but low quality services like hair cut, maids, cooking etc - they are dirt cheap because of the work is not voluntary but forced in to due to caste. In china where human dignity is far higher - these are not cheap. 

Also since they built up infrastructure - all services will be high quality without any effort from labor. The electricity is always there, water quality is higher etc.

It is PPP household consumption per capita.. calculates household purchases, rents etc. the possible explanation would be India has on average larger family sizes compared to China and this pushes the number closer to China

but still the Chinese average is closer to Nigeria than to Korea.

which means either the data is wrong (unlikely coz the source is world bank), or the majority of Chinese are piss poor, inspite of what they show the world as achievements of their civilization.

it doesn't matter. Chinese spend only about 50% more than Indians as a family unit, while their GDP in ppp terms is about 3 times higer. Its that simple. Is it because they save higher, or because they can't spend more because they are piss poor, you have to tell me with data.

dude.. how does this matter? you still haven't understood that GDP is not a calculation of production, but mostly investment and consumption. No one denies China produces a sh1t ton of things the world wants. But what did they get in return for it?

being clubbed with India in their ability to spend as a family. And we all know how piss poor India is. which leads us to infer that all these flashy buildings in China are not even close to representative of the majority who spend only as much as a piss poor country like Indonesia.

In other words, China is a lot like India. More than you realize. In both imposing Mandarin (Hindi) on its population, and in keeping majority of their population poor.

If you want to really know - look at their consumptions. Look at the electricity used in china, number of cars sold - they sell almost twice the number of BMWs than in us. same with mercs etc.

Also look at the innuermable vlogs on chinese lives. They eat FAR  more meat, twice the number of vegetables than india per capita, twice the number of grain than an average indian.

But again i hardly doubt anything will make an impression on you. You are way irrational. And you still dont know what is GDP. And you deny it becase you need the irrationality to feed the narcissim.

I was actually incorrect. India consumes 89 kilos of Veggies per capita whereas chinese consume whopping 384 kilograms. They even have better logistics with reduce wastage.

They have all sorts of cars - high end, low end and middle end. In every sector they outplay even us.
