Morning office lo oka cardiac arrest news , evening friend circle lo oka cardiac arrest .

One is 37, the other one is not even 34.

Both happened while playing sports or after sports ..

I don't think so Anna . Activity is probably just a trigger . It is already brewing in backroom and activity triggers it ani. DB lo mbbs unte , please advise ..

Anna body and heart kuda oka certain workout varake theesukogaladhu. Andhuke gym equipment says take rest if needed.

Always ramp up, edo okka roju josh lo athi cheyakandi, idi fact heat attacks spike during snow mowing season.

take it slow, keep heart rate under 180(max) - subtract your age from 220, your heart rate will stabilize as your body gets in to shape/rhythm after few days of regular workouts, stop when you feel dizzy or nauseous, don’t push it too much

E lekka not proven ? It varies from person to person, some people have very high heart rate while working out. Anyway moderate workouts are good.

What do you want to prove? 180 is moderately high enough for you to feel it, as you age it is better to keep it lower.

when you wear an apple watch it automatically alerts you based on your profile and asks you to lower the pace

Sad to hear such news.  We can not simply blame the sports and activities. Genetics/family history play vital role.
