everyone is saying stop heavy workouts but none talks about our sh1tty food we eat on a daily basis full of nasty fats and carbs. Yea, it can be made healthy by removing some options but only a few people follow that

blaming genetics in 2023 is plain stupidity, epigenetics is more applicable than genes.

sedentary lifestyle causes more harm than genes, always move your body/stretch every hour to allow blood circulation, going to gym after sitting on chair for 8 hrs could be reason too

best time for gym is in morning, evenings are good for light aerobic exercises like walk

do you also know that doctors are now the least respected/trustworthy professionals post covid for the blatant lies that everyone has seen in the last 3 yrs.

the only respect doctors have today is for the surgeons and not the pharma salesman

exactly shitty food is major reason. activity is probably compensating for it a little.

Remote work is contributing a lot to this. When you go to office you are constantly moving. Move to get water, restroom breaks, talk to people at their desks, etc. Go out for lunch or eat lunch and have conversations. Healthy lifestyle. Its good both mentally and physically.

But people want to do more jobs and make more money, take more stress and binge eat at home.

Remote work is not a boon. Its a curse. Hope people realize this.

A lot of people who work remote think, let me go for a walk 5 miles in the evening to compensate for being at home. But its not equivalent to the walk or movements in office through out the day.

Same with drinking water. Taking 1-2 ltr water once or twice a day is not same as sipping water at regular intervals through out day. 

I am saying this with experience. Sick and tired of remote work. I went to work but since no one coming, its boring there too.
