Both happened while playing sports or after sports ..

Vaccine effects. Don't believe exercise and stuff. Spike protein in Vaccine is causing these.

That’s not the problem…most of desis only play games once a week or twice a week! If they workout and play games their body can handle it if not once a week body won’t be able to handle it

Not doing exercise is the worst advice given in this DB. This is plain misinformation...

There are many problems with games...

1. They don't control diet..oka game adaka velli biryani tintaru

2. Some games we play are right handed like squash, tennis..also people do long driving on left side. Mind-body balance totally shift aitadi

3. These games don't burn calories as people think... Because it is only wait and hit the ball

Agreed! All and all ppl who have active life should play games

Yes .. games should be vital part of lifestyle. But they shouldn't be the primary form of fitness routine. That's all I wanted to say.
