that's not the primary job of the govt.

main job is to maintain law & order, next is to look after people's welfare, next is to create basic infrastructure, .... at the very last comes 'welcoming business'...

ofcourse if anyone does the 'welcoming business' part first, they're probably p1mping the state and allowing the businessmen to exploit it. you can call that development, but no one who actually loves their state and their people would.

jobs lekapothe how will people get money ? if jaffa shares his wealth yes maybe we can reduce the number of jobs.
