depends on the company. Sometime it takes 2 to 3 weeks as they are interviewing other candidates or people on leaves etc. Good companies ayithe email chestharu can I call you ani. kondaru recruiters direct ga call chestharu and say yes. 

No ayithe neku reply radu. Nuvve followup chesthe kani chepparu most of the time. Rare ga vasthai we are not moving forward with u emails or calls.

I would say no, they are interviewing other people to decide. It will take couple of weeks atleast. Weekly once email chesi adugu emayindi ani.

usually, you hear it from the Company's recruiter...  if they have a recruiting system.. you can actually check the Application status online.. the time line depends on how desperate they are to fill the position.. you normally get the hints during the interview itself...

If the Interview is really good, and their need is immediate, even if they have people lined up, they will respond back quickly for next steps.

If the interview is average, they will say "we will get back", wait for other interviews to be over and take a decision.

If the interview is not good, usually they say either "no" directly or play the waiting game "we will let you know". You will know based on their response.

So you decide where you landed..

most of the time aa status update cheyaru. Nenu oka interivew March lo echa, still under consideration ane chupisthondi recruiter gademo email chesthe reply evadu. Most of the companies doesnt update it after the interviews

You should have an idea how you did interview. What does your gut say? Go with it.

If they are not getting back it means, they may be busy or interviewing other candidates. If a hiring manager likes your interview, they will let HR know immediately. If it was average, they will try other candidates as well.

Most organizations, Hiring freeze or elimination of positions. That could be the reason for not responding back.

actually they hired someone else, but recruiter gadu oka email cheyaledu and Hiring Manager gadu reject chesthe future lo hire chesukolem ani cheyaledu.
