Thought blocking & tip of the tongue

Anyone experiencing thought blocking?

"Thought blocking occurs when someone suddenly stops talking in the middle of doing so. It may also cause someone to stop thinking in the middle of a thought."

Sometimes I can't get the right word (tip-of the tongue situation). I see this happening a lot to my colleagues and friends as well. 

Google says its very common. Of late its happening once in a while. Is remote work to blame? lack of focus? or is growing age to be blamed?

lets say i am having a conversation with some one (office work or routine topic) i am talking and suddenly i lose my chain of thought. I am quiet honest about it and say "I lost my chain of thought". I have seen this happening a lot with others as well.

Oh got it. I misread that sentence 

zoned out is similar when someone else is talking and you lose concentration
