high interest rates tho house konnaru 

so job sustain avvali  lekapothey mortgage pay cheyatam not possible right

many going paycheck to paycheck 

people do not have savings after buying house

salary getting empty 

definitely debts high due to interest rates

might be just danger zone may not fall like 2008

I suggest don't worry about housing market worry about technical advancement like ai , more competition etc

It's not just high interest rates but property taxes and home owners insurance are also increasing everywhere. If someone is buying a home in texas, they are screwed because the property tax alone is 1000 per month on an average in dfw suburbs. Home insurance has also increased this year in both florida and texas.

They closed 2 homes in riverislands one in waypointe and smaller rental in horizon pelli kaaale pillakayalu , 20% to 25% downs
