My point is not about live in relationship investment young age lo people are inevstukbg in multiple properties 

annitiki FOMO reason. People who are buying in this markets are not making any calculations and see if it makes sense or not. Market has been supporting their theory for last 3 yrs by not dropping.

Many people have not seen what happened during 2008-2009. When that fear hits, its different. Current generation needs one of that and we will soon see it. May be not that level but a big drop for sure.

A friend works for top Real estate company at CIO level. He told me during COVD, housing wont drop. He now says, it wont drop for another 15 yrs because of supply chain issues. 

Logically it should drop. But at least in CA there is not much inventory. Also like you mentioned plenty of ppl on sidelines with money in hand. At least desi dominated areas lo there may not be huge impact. But when the fear hits, it hits differently. Lets see what happens..

Texas might be a different story altogether. Too much of inventory in the market.

Dallas lo lots of buyers in the side lines. Believe there won't be enough inventory if all jump in..prices aren't coming down. Builders are cutting back new builds.
