B2 visa sponsorship

1) Do we need to send signed sponsorship letters, I-134 and other supporting documents physically from US to India or can we just send scanned copies and can parents take print out of those for visa interview ?

2) Do parents need to carry any property documents if we are sponsoring them ?

3) I read it's better for parents to carry notarized documents of their property etc. to show ties to home country. Is this needed ?

1) Yes... physical signed copy is required if you are sponsoring and most of the cases they doesn't ask, but never know

2) Not required

3) Not required if you are sponsoring them..

I-134 primarily for K1 visa. For B1/B2 visa I think they dont even ask for it.

It is better to carry notarized property documents. Mostly adagaru, but tisukoni velthe nashtamu emi ledu kada.

@appaji_pesarattu @vithanda_vadhi One more question. My dad has a small business where he earns 15000 INR per month and he is 65+. It's just passive income where there is another person who helps him. Should I just mention he is retired or owns a business in DS160? I've read online there are more chances for visa rejection for retired parents. Please help.

Based on what I have seen, If you have siblings in India (I.e. strong family ties) nothing matters much.

I don't think retired parent won't get easily is true.
