For a role like PM, one needs to have a mass image among the people.

problem with result oriented leaders is they wont get that image for not being in public, but get the work done.

ex of those are: Gadkari, Manohar Parikkar (RIP), Manmohan Singh, Rajnath Singh,

Amit Shah is building up that image to be the next such PM face

 

And some leaders who are result oriented, try to garner that mass image and fail to garner it.

ex: SM Krishna, CBN, Mamta Munda (she was a good railways min)...

Other than some oratory skills, he lacks everything. I think AP lo BJP strong lekapovadammm vallaaa he couldnt build a strong base for him at the poll booth level. Elections lo only speech luuu istheee kastamm...Voting lo machi stamina undaliii...Venkaih lacks it big time.

It’s not just in India. That’s very much everywhere. Some people have charm. And some people don’t. Charm matters at the end of the day. Nothing else.

that’s how they design their career around and sustain for decades with illusionary development, decentralized incentivizing process based on tax accumulation to an extent will be a fair game but truly many centuries away from reality
