Vacation Reasoning Ideas

We came to India for some work and it will take 2 months. I resigned but my wife took 2 weeks vacation and we planned to tell some stories after that.

Naaku 221G vachindi ani cheppi, respond avuthunnamu ani sollu cheppam. Inka emaina creative ga cheppocha inko 6 weeks India lo undataniki. She is good with Unpaid vacation but valla manager ivvadu and we are absolutely fine if they fire but we didn't want to resign.

Let her call her manager and tell him - She cannot come back for another 1.5 months for personal reasons (You don't need to disclose them). Tell him that she is OK to take vacation or work, whatever works for him, but cannot come. Being honest works most of the time. Manager should be OK. Anyways you are prepared for the worst.

Present these two options (Loss of pay or work from remote) citing personal reasons and tell him, if she can talk to next level manager and get that permission if he is hesitating.

Anduke vaadiki context isthe... options vaade isthadu kada either loss of pay, termination or WFH ani. We are ok with any options but we didn't want to pull the trigger.

My colleague is an AH and I still feel him as an AH and corrupted my company leadership way of thinking on desis … ma Office lo work undadhu veedu India poyadu 1 month work from home echaru and no response to any emails or messages adhi ayyaka h1 b stuck ayindhi ani cheppadu ala enko 1 and half thengadu enka last 2 weeks flight dorakledhu something cheppi. 3 months unadu India lo vallu telsi poyindhi cleint vadini us vachaka fire chesaru but work from india thesesaru literally they won’t give work if you go to india ..penta gadu

Don’t misuse vaa.. don’t use immigration reasons if you really dont have it.. it will bite you back.. also you are really robbing the opportunity for someone who is in real need of working from overseas.. be honest and tell him that you have to stay here for personal reasons and you will take additional days off.. 

few years back na company lo ilage misuse chesaaru mana Telugu tejaalu.. they got really pissed off with this.. managers stopped giving more than 2 weeks leave and if they don’t come after 2 weeks, they started firing them.. chala mandiki client letter kuda ivvaledu.. for them, it is a disruption of work and business..

I agree. Initial gaa maatladi chusindi US lo unnappude. 2 weeks saripodu Visa and passport raavadaniki usual gaa. So unpaid vacation evo options adigithe ivvaledu. Resignation was the option kaani manam trigger pull chese kanna vaade fire cheyyanile ani vachesam. Manager konchem immature fellow vaadi daggara honest ga unte it will fire back. Anduke options adiging ikkada. Like I said, Unpaid vacation, termination is fine too.

You and wife should be blocked in India without entry to USA lanjodukullara siggu undali to do that
